Issue Server is only accesible in rescue mod

Hello

i need some assistance , my server is accessible only in rescue mod on normal reboot it stuck on (initramfs) and it gives some error related to software raid configuration issues.

i have some questions now.
1: i am not able to access vhosts folder in rescue mod is it normal?
2: i installed ubuntu-desktop package and i came to know that problem can be due to its installation, .how can i remove it via rescue mod.
3: How to save plesk and my website data with a new OS installation.
4: Is there any one who can provide paid support to achieve this?
