• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Server Seeing Old IP Internally

Michael_ J_Herm

New Pleskian
Hello,
I recently moved a client's site from their old 1and1 share hosting account to my Plesk 11.5 based server (CentOS 6.5). The site is live and works fine currently from every computer/device I use and it returns the correct IP when I dig on anything with the exception of the server the new site actually resides on, it is still returning the 1and1 IP address. I need this working correctly as soon as possible as I have management scripts I use to monitor it and they keep returning an error that the domain has a 302 redirect and it won't let me added it in.

So, in summary, I need to figure out how to get the DNS cache to clear so it'll find the new IP address. I have restarted the server, restarted NAMED, restarted NSCD, and flushed via RNDC with no results.

Thanks!
