Issue Server settings menu missing (Plesk 12 for Windows)

Hi all,
after a issue with RDP access after an Windows 2012 R2 OS patching i will do check the server settings via Plesk, but the "server settings" menu is missing. Only Domain settings, Account settings (such like PWD change ...) are available. Only FTP access and limited Plesk access is possible to the virtual server. The provider says the port is open and the server is running, more is not supported :-(

Does anybody know what can i do for getting access again.
