server side include settings

Hello all,

I have a problem,

I have enabled server side include for .htm and .html files

so i go to the iis -> Properties -> home Directory -> Configuration -> Add

and i add "C:\WINDOWS\system32\inetsrv\ssinc.dll"
for
.htm

And select All..

But each time i do somethink from the control panel for example change password.. i get "forbitten"

and then the Verbs are set to
Limit to: 1 or 5




Please Help this is creazy!!!!!!
