Service not start after Backup compleated

I have set schedule Backup every 1.00 am. After upgrade to version 8.3 and process backup compleated my service ( Pleask Control Panel, Task Scheduler and Mail Server not start after Backup), How i can fix this problem? but version 8.2 not have problem.
