Issue Service plan server configuration is not applied

Hello,
I have added the following ngnix configurations to a service plan and applied them. The affected subscription is in sync mode and not locked. What could be reasons that it still only works if I store it directly in the domain settings?

}

I tried also a reboot and

plesk repair all -y

with 0 errors and warnings.

I verified it with:

curl -I https://www.example.com/image.svg

Only with the service plan and empty domain nginx config textarea nothing changes. Insert it in domain config it works immediately. Even switching to the same service plan did not help.
