• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Service Plans and Hosting Permissions

Hello friends !,
I need a help and understanding here.

I have Win2008 Server with Plesk 10.4.4(+Power Pack) installed.
In 'Service Plans' I created a reseller plan and unchecked the option 'Java applications management' under Permissions Tab.
Then I added a reseller and gave him the above mentioned reseller plan.

Ideally, now when this reseller tries to create a hosting plan under his reseller account, he should not get the option to select 'Java applications management' as I have disabled it on his reseller plan. (In fact the check box should be grayed out)

But he is able to select the option. As a result the subscriptions are getting un-synced because as a reseller he does not have access to Java applications management but he is passing on the same to his clients.

So any option here to completely disable certain parameters for the resellers ?

Thanks
