Question Service Provider view

jobertus

New Pleskian
Server operating system version
Windows Server 2016
Plesk version and microupdate number
Plesk Obsidian 18.0.66 Update #1
Hi, it seems I was working a while in Power User view but for 1 domain I am pretty sure the subscription date will pass soon.
The problem I am facing with I can't switch to Service Provider view to manage subscriptions. I don't have the option left button to switch.
Any help how I can find out the subscription date and how to change it. Thanks in advanced.

Extra info:
I started with paralel plesk in the past but currently it's all update to obsidian where the view is totally different.
Plesk Edition: Web Admin Edition
Subscriptions management: On

Regards, jobertus

Hello, Jobertus. The Web Admin Edition does not include Service Provider View. You should be able to extend the expiration date following the instructions at the bottom of the page here.

Hi Sebahat, thank you for the quick reply. it seems to be more complicated than I remember with service provider view. I have in total 7 domains and know only 1 had a subscription. maibe it's not the anymore but how can I find out if there are any subscriptions running. The command "plesk bin service_plan -i" requieres a <service-plan-name> where I don't have a clue if it had a name and how it's called. Understand that I can extend it for a year but this will be done for all doamins what I don't want to. In short I would like to know if there is any subscription. If yes, how to get rid of it. Thank you very much

@jobertus you can run plesk bin subscription --list to get a list of all domains belonging to a subscription. And use plesk bin subscription --info example.com to get all subscription details of a subscription domain. Including which Service Plan the domain belongs to and its expiry date.

You can view all available subscription commands on the documentation page: subscription: Subscriptions

Hi Kaspar, thank you so much. It seemed all domains were already unlimted what I would like to see. Case can be closed
