Service Unavailable with Horde Webmail and sqladmin

I am running Plesk 7.5.6 inside a Virtuosso managed Win2003 virtual. Most things work fine (except domain creation when the dns is not yet transferred), but I cannot get the webmail or the SQL Web Admin to run.

The DNS and permissions seem fine, but whenever I attempt to open the webmail of mssql.domain.com I get a Service Unavailable error and the IIS Pool is stopped.

So I know that the script is throwing errors that are killing IIS, but I cannot figure out how to fix it.

Any Ideas?
