That's all i get under Plesk Panel "Desktop" or "Server". "Clients" and "Domains" seem to work, but when i try to add or edit sth. it's the same "error".

Are there any errorlogs i should look into ?

firstly, look through the article:
http://kb.swsoft.com/en/1422

also try to restart Plesk on the server:
/etc.init.d/psa restart
Do you receive any error messages?

also you can start investigation from scanning the following articles:
/var/log/messages and /usr/local/psa/var/log

psa restart does not throw any error. also all the logs i viewed did contain exactly nothing.

I read the article, did what they said there, but still nothing. No error output.
