Session expires when client uses mysql functions

New Pleskian
Hey there!

I'm using Parallels Plesk 12.0 and a mysql-Server.

I'm logged in with a customer's account into his phpmyadmin. Whenever a client connects to his website (which uses the database of his account) I get logged out and receive a "session expired" error. When I log in again I get "there's already a user with your username logged in".

Any way to fix this?

Thanks in advance!

Thanks for your answer.

The mysql server and the OS do have the same time zones. MySQL is set to use the SYSTEM time and timezone. The problem stills occurs.

Check that you have correct permissions for php sessions directory:

# stat /var/lib/php/session
File: `/var/lib/php/session'
Size: 4096 Blocks: 8 IO Block: 4096 directory
Device: 1fh/31d Inode: 43873388 Links: 2
Access: (1733/drwx-wx-wt) Uid: ( 0/ root) Gid: ( 0/ root)

echo session_save_path();

gives: /var/lib/php5

stat /var/lib/php5/
File: »/var/lib/php5/“
Größe: 4096 Blocks: 8 IOBlock: 4096 directory
Device: 9236h/37430d Inode: 488904376 Links: 2
Access: (1733/drwx-wx-wt) Uid: ( 0/ root) Gid: ( 0/ root)
