"Session_Exception - Session expired" on login

Hi all,
I got this error.

I try http://kb.parallels.com/en/118701 - all Symptoms is same, but sollution don't work for me.
Plesk 11.5

I try dpkg-reconfigure tzdata - set local time and UTC - not fixed trouble.

Do you really have difference in output of these two commands:

# date

# mysql -u admin -p`cat /etc/psa/.psa.shadow` psa -e "SELECT NOW();"

?

Hi Igor,
No difference - all same.
I went to sleep with trouble.
On next morning trouble is gone.
I don't make any changes or services restart.
It's strange.
