Hi,

I have just recently purchased a key for plesk 9.2, I'm new with setting it up since I used to rent a server that had this already setup.. I wanted to try for myself.

I am behind a router and I have forwarded all ports that was in the plesk user documents.

Now I am having problems trying to setup my webhosting.. in the DNS settings which IP do I use? Internal or external? I tried both and I still can't seem to get my domain to work, I have registerd 2 nameservers (ns1.technihosting.com, ns2.technihosting.com) and I have added them into the DNS settings in plesk..

Please help :( I have been at the for hours and can't get the thing to work

If you need info (like screenshots) please message me back, if I can't get this to work I'm going to have to cancel my key and try to find another panel and I don't want to do that :(..

plesk key

Share the key .. for a good cause. =p

I am running plesk 9.1 and had the same issues. do you still need advice?

In domain DNS hosting external IP address should be use instead of internal one that Plesk configures by default.
To force Plesk CP to configure external IP address during domain creation automatically, you need to modify DNS template under Plesk CP > Home > DNS settings
replace here <ip> placeholder with an external IP address that is given by ISP and is accessible from the outside.
