setting up transmission and web user

so i'm trying to some epic setting up of my web server with plesk and I need to do the following:

have a subdomain (icarus.animekyun.com in my case) with a separate user account (so i can 'su' into it) and be able to run transmission with it so whenever transmission (torrent client) downloads something it saves it to icarus.animekyun.com/downloads

now I had this set up in cPanel on my old server because whenever i created a new user it was actually a user and not domain or something (i really don't understand why plesk does this...). I need to be able to "su" into the user (which has a subscription) and run transmission from there but now there is no way of doing that as far as I know.

Anyone willing to help?

tl;dr run transmission under a user which has a subdomain and a subscription in plesk.

sorry if this is a bit vague :p
