after the installation proccess completed i went to https://my.domain.com:8443 and used the default username and password..i began the setup, and chose the IP address and entered new password and clicked ok or submit (cant remember which is there) then it took me back to the login page with URL https://my.domain:8443/login.php3?previous_page=index..i then tried to login with my new username of 'admin' and my new password when i click login it brings up the loading screen then a dialog box apears and says 'Access Denied' i clicked the forgot password button but i need the email address, which i wasnt able to get that far in the setup..what can i do to reset my password or reinstall Plesk without reinstalling Debian?
