Should I shift from Plesk to CPanal?

I have got managed server from serverbeach.com and the following error is occurring again and again serverbeach team has told me that its the problem of Plesk.
When ever I try to create an domain account Plesk gives me the following error.

"Failed Domain Creation: Unable to update domain data: Unable to create the DNS zone for domain: dnsmng failed: Error 109 at ControlService (1) 'named': The pipe has been ended"

Then after this message the DNS service also stops.
So can anyone tell me what is the solution to this problem
We have already done the reinstallation of windows and Plesk but problem is still there

Further this new plesk is not restoring my backups and giving me following error at the time we press next button on backup restore screen
''Can't find domains.id='176'"

Simply at the end my life has become hell and I might change the domain management tool.

If anyone can solve this issue then please let me know
