Question Show Custom Page when site is disabled ( SSL )

Hi

i will show my custom page ( C:\inetpub\vhosts\default\htdocs ) when Disable a website , it is OK when check address by http:// , but if use https:// show Error : Not Found 404 !

i search google and Ai , Suspend site and Edit Custom Error Page is not good idea for me , i have a lot of websites and can not edit every Hosting one by one , also by suspend , user can work by some options for example Mail and FTP , i should use Disable for site and resolve this problem for https pages
