Silverlight and plesk 9.5

We have a few customers asking if we support Silverlight. Does anyone know if Plesk 9.5.4 supports silverlight out of the box? Or, is there something we need to install that will offer this globally to our users?

Is this not a moderated forum? Is there no one that knows the answer? Or, is this the same horrible type of support that Parallels is known for. The support department takes days and sometimes weeks to resolve a simple ticket. They take no less than 12 hours to reply to any ticket regardless of whether or not the ticket is marked urgent or normal. You are lucky to get a resolution within 48 hours.

I suspect this forum is the same slow and poor service of Parallels.
