Site Applications Error

I want to install some site application and I am logged in as admin ofcourse. but when I click on site applications I get this error.
0: C:\Program Files\SWsoft\Plesk\admin\htdocs\server\site_app_pkgs.php:3 psaerror(string "Permission denied.")
 
Looks like you should be posting this in the Plesk for Windows forum
