Site Applications Error

Hello,

I have upgraded Plesk from 8.2 to 8.3 last week.
I have a proper licence also for Appl.Pack (powerpack).

After the upgrade Site Applications won't install, gives error:

Error: cSiteApp::Table::select() failed: no such row in the table

I 've looked into the forum and I saw that Appl.Pack isn't included into Plesk as before, so I removed the existing (build-in) from /software/SWSoft (CHANGE) and installed the new.

The error remains, nothing changed.
The site applications are listed corectly in server/ and also in client/

Anyone with the same error ?

Regards,
Bart

After Repair

Hi,

I have uninstalled the new SiteApplPack, ran Software/Plesk/Repair
then reinstalled SiteApplications, now the first error is gone, but at the final step of installing SiteApplications to a domain I get a:

Error: Unable to logon user (SERVERNAME\login): (1326) Anmeldung fehlgeschlagen: unbekannter Benutzername oder falsches Kennwort

Or (some appl.) first step:

The site application requires the resources which are not currently available
Info:
...empty...

Also almost all siteappl are listed twice in the domain /siteAppl. NOT in serveradmin-level.

Help please!

Regards,
Bart

Fixed

Hello back !

I could fix it by several "repairs" Plesk/Appl.Pack
After repair disabled and deleted the double entries.

It seems like it is possible now to install for any customers, except for the DEFAULT server-domain, which acts also as default shared SSL domain.

Regards,

Bart
