Site Builder Resellers Setup Question

R

Site Builder 3.0.2
CentOS 4.3

I have resellers setup and everything works great except:

1. A reseller can access sitebuilder.theirdomain.com
2. Guest can setup a trial account
3. But all reseller trial accounts show up in *my* admin and not their admin.

Also, a reseller sets up custom messages for:

Server >> Trial Site Settings
Server >> Notifications

But in actuality it sends *my* custom messages and not the resellers custom messages.

Each reseller is setup as "reseller" in my admin.

I'd appreciate any thoughts on the matter,
Roger

Unfortunately, in current version of Sitebuilder there is no way to assign specific website URL to resellers. Promotional link for resellers is set up automatically as http://sitebuilder.domain.tld/Wizard?resellerId=<ID>
After reseller is created please try to login under this reseller into Sitebuilder panel and go to Server -> Trial Sites Settings
you should see something like this:

Promotional link : http://sitebuilder.domain.tld/Wizard?resellerId=3
Note: Place this link on your web site for your customers to access the SiteBuilder Wizard and try it out creating trial sites.

So to be able access reseller's wizard users should visit following link: http://sitebuilder.domain.tld/Wizard?resellerId=<ID>

I have already passed feature request to developers to add possibility for changing reseller's URLs and most probably it will be added into next Sitebuilder versions.
