Site Down After Installing Apps from Plesk

I installed a few apps, like form builder, shopping cart, etc. Now the website is down. I uninstalled the apps and still no joy. What could have gone wrong? I inherited this website, and am totally confused. It's hosted with Media Temple, but they do not provide support for Parallels apps. I appreciate any help you can provide. Thanks.

Try repairing Vhosts with /usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/httpdmng --reconfigure-all

You run that from SHELL. Do you have access to SHELL on your server?
