Issue site import ftp problem in plesk

Server operating system version
Ubuntu 20.04.3 LTS
Plesk version and microupdate number
Plesk Obsidian Version 18.0.47
I am Facing a problem with the Site Import extension

when I am trying to log in with FTP credentials it says cannot connect with secure and proceed with insecure when i proceed it says wrong credentials
but the same credentials working fine with file Zila for FTP login
