Sitebuilder 2.0 Can`t make any orders in shop module

When somebody tries to buy something trought Shop module evrytihing goes OK... No errors are shown.
But there are no orders in administration module. Like nobody have SIGNed UP ... Sitebuilder support told me to upgrade to 2.1 version.. but still there is no acctual version for my system.... (suse 9.3 64 bit)

Is there anyone who had same problem? is there any way to omit this error?
