With the new sitebuilder 2.0 RC, does RC stand for Release Candidate and mean that it is not in full release and that this is like a Beta releasae?

It's kinda between a beta and a final release. I'd suggest waiting until it's fully released to minimise the risk of bugs.
 
Intertesting that they are plugin the product so much then with the icon for RC 2 all over their site.
