Sitebuilder extention - problem with permission.

HSNETWORKS

New Pleskian
Hi,
I installed the SiteProBuilder (from the www.site.pro page) in extensions of the Parallels Plesk Panel 11.5.30. I installed from .zip file on administrator account of Plesk Panel. The extention SiteBuilder was shown in all administrated subscriptions. On administrator account the extention works properly but when I log into the Plesk Panel as a client of one subscription then extention doesn't start and message is displayed: "Error: access denied".
Thanks for help and all the responses.

One of the options is to upgrade to Plesk 12.0 There is no such problem w/ SiteProBuilder in this version.

P.S. I can confirm that Plesk 11.5 + SiteProBuilder does not work under customer's account.

Please check what mode your panel is on. Go to "Tools & Settings" -> "Interface management". If there is "Power user view" selected then it is a reason of the problem. You need to switch panel to "Service Provider view". The bad news is that for all customers that were created when the panel was on "Power user view" mode plugin will still not work. You will need to delete such customers and create them anew. Before doing that create a new customer and check whether the plugin works for him after you switch panel to "Service Provider view" mode just in case.

The panel is from the beginning in the "service provider view" and all clients were created after switch to this view.

Finally, I think I have to upgrade Plesk to v.12.

Thanks for all informations.
