SiteBuilder for Windows 3.1

Hello,

I just upgraded from 7.5.6 to 7.6.0, installed SiteBuilder 3.1.0, and chose SiteBuilder 3.1.0 as SiteBuilder in Plesk Components Management.

I also went to swsoft.com and register for a free SiteBuilder and activate SiteBuilder.

But all the "Add blah blah" in SiteBuilder icon are all greyed out. I can not add new user, new host, new plan, and not even able to change admin password.

My question are,

1) how do I activate SiteBuilder 3.1?

2) And how could I import SiteBuilder 1 settings into 3.1?
