sitebuilder 'not activated' in plesk

After running Plesk 8.6 succesfully for a couple of months we decided to add sitebuilder. Because this wasn't the original plan we had removed the links en stuff installed by plesk during it's installation.

The problem now is that though sitebuilder says it's fully activated and the license apeares to be solid, it even created sitebuilder.<domainname> for all excisting domains, it keeps showing up is 'not activated' in components on plesk.

It also says 4.2.108 not activated even though sitebuilder version 4.5.5 is installed.

PLEASE HELP

Same problem

Same problem for me, I've upgraded to v9.5.2 since then sitebuilder option is missing on left navigation side of plesk panel and in components list I see both option disabled -

SiteBuilder for Windows 4.5.226 not activated
SiteBuilder v0 for Windows (not installed)

Any idea ? what is wrong.

Thanks
