• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Hi,

We wanted to run CrystalReport and the website was working properly, except the report generation. The solution for this (that we found in the web),is to change the c:\ drive permissions and set NETWORK SERVICE Read,... etc. permissions. We did change it and all the websites and the plesk control panel went down. All the dirs permissions has been reset.

Can somebody please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi

Hello,

you should use the "reconfiguration" Utility from Plesk,

here you can check Plesk Permissions on folders/Components (and also complete C) and automatically correct them.

Michael

I tried reconfiguration utility still no luck. Still getting service unavailable for all sites. Reinstalling IIS should fix the problem ? Any thoughts ?

..

Is there something in the eventlog visible (errormessages)?
Did you only choose reconfig (Check folderpermission), or did you also tried the Plesk tool for checking hardisk permissions...?
Are there Services of Type "Automatic" which are probably not running?

Regards
Michael
