.skel not being copied

Hi,

I have a box running 2008R2 and Plesk 11.0.9, I have added an additional folder into .skel\0

However when I create a domain, the extra folder doesnt get created, does something need to be done for plesk to read this in, I can't seem to find anything in the docs around it...
