Question Slow load Sites

Hi,
I have a problem in load website pages.
my server have a good resources(16 GB RAM, SSD storage and ...) but loading websites on it very slowly.
I used Plesk and IIS.
a few day ago I don't have any problem but face to this problem now.
I don't any change to server and Plesk control panel.
