Slow Migration

Hi,

I'm trying to migrate several hundred sites between two Plesk 8.4 servers. I've migrated a few sites succesfully, but the whole process is painfully slow. One domain took 35 minutes to complete!

Is this normal or is there anything that can be done to speed it up? What factors effect the speed of migration (content size, databases, etc)?
