SmarterMail and alias/redirect issues

Having problems with SmarterMail and Alias' / redirects. Getting this error in the event log. And the alias' doesn't work:

Can't add forward address.
Domain: xxx.dk [xxx.dk].
Mail name: info.
Reason:
Failed to add the alias y19zrdmp9lmh. That name is already being used.

Alias is manually defined in SmarterMail
Login to SM, delete it there and add through Plesk

Nope, you're wrong there... Nothing is done manually through SM... It's a new domain in Plesk... And happens all the time not just a singular time....
