smartermail with plesk 8.1

how do i proceed for a fresh install of smarter mail on freshly setup plesk 8.1 server

** remove ME
** what is version of smarter mail to be chosen
** how to integrate it with panel and other security steps before starting using for setting up domains etc...

please guide

You should

1. Go to Plesk > Server > Services Management and stop Mail Server
2. Install SmarterMail 4.1
3. Go to Plesk > Server > Components Mamagement and click button Refresh
3. Plesk will recognaize SmarterMail is installed and you will see it in section Mail Server
4. Click link Mail Server
5. Select SmarterMail and type Port, Login, Password
6. Click button OK
