SmarterStats not logging in automatically

When the we/user clicks to view webstats from with Plesk only a SmarterStats login screen is displayed. You are not logged in to your stats automatically.

Is this right? Is Plesk supposed to display the stats without logging in to Smarterstats?

This would mean that without us physically having to go into the Smarterstats admin our customers would have no idea of the stats ID number to login with?

SiteID = domain name without www (domain.com)
user and password = FTP login and password
