hi there,
I have plesk 8.2 power pack installed on my Windows Server 2003. I also installed SmarterStas v3.x on Plesk and the service is running OK.
The problem I have here is that everytime I want to check on my customer website stats, it will display the "Statistics Login Page". I thought that by clicking on the "WebStats" menu on the control panel will AUTOMATICALLY login to the stats. How can I fix this issue?
My client also faces the same issue and they keep asking what is the Site ID, username and password to login. This is not convinience at all as I hav to search through the stats just to let them know their statsID.
Anyonce can help here?
