is it possible to fix the SMTP Banner Issus für Systems with Mutiple IP

Plesnk 11.5.30

There are at least two other threads asking that this same issue be addressed ( I have posted in both of them) and they have remained completely ignored by Parallels staff in these forums. Does this same SMTP banner for multiple IP's problem exist in other panels?

I dont know,

this is the only server with plesk and mutiple IPs.

All other are Single IP Systems.

Apologies Sascha-K if I was being unclear... I was inquiring (to the forum in general) if I should just consider switching to another panel since Parallels seems uninterested in resolving this issue.
