SMTP fails after upgrade

KiamOe

Basic Pleskian
My Panel was automatically updated to 11.5.30 (Update #10) this morning and now we cannot send email. I have checked the doc of the upgrade and I see several email related issues are included but nothing that should affect the SMTP server. I've also reviewed all the settings and nothing looks odd at all. I've also tried to "SMTP lock time" feature but no change... as before I'm using smtp authorization but no change.

Changing SMTP settings in the mail client to no encryption I get this error:

"An error occurred while sending mail. The mail server responded: sorry, that domain isn't in my list of allowed rcpthosts (#5.7.1). Please check the message recipient [email protected] [<--- this I anonymized] and try again."

The last error message here actually only mean that the email client did not use STMP authentification. So it's not related to my problem sending email via SMTP. I cant send after making sure the mail client uses authentification.

Any ideas?
