Smtp + greylisting problem

Basic Pleskian
I'm using Plesk 9.5.2 on Debian 4. When I've enabled greylisting, users started having issues sending mail using TLS connection. SMTP server returned: mail server temporary failed. mail.info shows SASL error: realm changed; authentication aborted. With no greylisting the problem doesn't exists.
 
First of all try to rebuild mailsettings with

/usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/mchk --with-spam
