SMTP inbound queue

Hello,

I find that you it did not understand, when I qualify anti-virus the messages are accumulated in the smtp inbound, more if I incapacitate anti-virus the messages work normally, would like to know if already it had a solution for this problem.

I believe that is not only to carry through one restart in the service because the problem already comes occurring to a time.

Solution:

Upgrade to Mailenable professional
Install F-Prot 6 for Windows Corporate € 37.45

Remove all antivirus progs provided by Plesk.
Disable the Plesk pickup event within the MailEnable registry.

Configure Mailenable Antivirus plugin.
 
using the AV directly through ME doesnt affect Plesk in any way?
 
I have the same problem with this configuration

Plesk ver. 8.2
MailEanble 3.0 Professional

I change the file memailfilter.exe ecc ecc...
I Stop And Restart the service
I remove antivirus from Plesk Panel and Mailenable FIlter


But i have a outbound queque whit 600 email.... this problem born when I upgrade manually Mailenable 2 to version 3.

Suddenly today we had this same problem.

Windows Server 2003
Plesk 8.1.1 for Windows
Mailenable Professional 2.38

1. After multiple restart of "Plesk Management Service" the queue is empty.

2. But queue immediatly gets refilled with mail

3. MTA pickup event disabled in Mailenable Administrator.

4. But queue get refilled with mail after a while.

5. Gonna schedule a restart script:

plesksrv_restart.cmd

net stop PopPassD
net stop plesksrv
net start plesksrv
net start PopPassD
pause

Any other suggestions are welcome.
 
I think the problem is created by the last patch

After installation my Server stop send all messages and there are all to outbound queue.

Today I send messages to Mailenable website....
 
After 20 hours to work I resolve the problem!!!!!

Windows service > Mail Enable SMTP Connector

I check the permission to "Local system account" and the server send all messages......
