smtp is not running correctly or is it?

Hi,

My question is:

When we take al look at watchdog in plesk it says:
SMTP Server (QMail) sttus running.

But when we take a look at SMTP at service management is says:
SMTP Server (QMail)stopped.

Also we can sent messages to the out world from local emailaddresses, but we can't send local to local emails.

I hope someone knows what is wrong.
