• Hi, Pleskians! We are running a UX testing of our upcoming product intended for server management and monitoring.
We would like to invite you to have a call with us and have some fun checking our prototype. The agenda is pretty simple - we bring new design and some scenarios that you need to walk through and succeed. We will be watching and taking insights for further development of the design.
If you would like to participate, please use this link to book a meeting. We will sent the link to the clickable prototype at the meeting.
  • Our UX team believes in the in the power of direct feedback and would like to invite you to participate in interviews, tests, and surveys.
To stay in the loop and never miss an opportunity to share your thoughts, please subscribe to our UX research program. If you were previously part of the Plesk UX research program, please re-subscribe to continue receiving our invitations.

I am trying to set up the Shopware SMTP Mailer. Shopware and Plesk are not on the same server!

Using TLS as as encryption method I'm occuring following error with the SMTP Mailer provided by Symfony:

The domain has no certificate for mail encryption at the moment; but even with having it there's still this error.

Tools > TLS/SSL-Certificates looks like following:

Using "No encryption" in Shopware there is no error. The email gets send.

Does anyone have an idea how to fix that issue?

I have a similar problem, a newly installed Lets Encrypt is not accepted by SMTP?! Incoming mail server took the new certificate! I can't get an encrypted connection via SMTP! Anyone have a solution for this? Thanks!

If it's only a "similar" problem, it's likely a completely different problem. Please open your own, new thread and describe your issue in detail. Is it really about the SMTP mailer access that the thread initiator of this thread posted? If not, it's a different issue.
