SMTP replay email reporting?

My host (Godaddy) tells me that someone is sending out spam through my server.

The SMTP outgoing has too much traffic (3000+ per day)

Is there any way to find out how many messages each user/domain is sending each day?

Or can a domain be limited by a certain number of smtp relays?

Can a user be limited?
