SMTP-Service QMAIL doesn't start

Hi there,
i'm having the problem that the smtp-service (qmail) is down and not able to start, either through plesk or per console.

i am able to send e-mails via horde.
i am not able to receive e-mails in horde

i am not able to send e-mails via smtp
i am not able to receive e-mails via pop

but the IMAP-/POP3-Server (Courier-IMAP) service is running

this is since the update to 8.4 any idea ?
SHORTNAME=1 doesn't work.

yast hangs up...

any idea ?
