Issue SMTP settings on nextcloud.

Plesk version and microupdate number

18.0.44

I have installed the nextcloud extension on my server and am trying to set up the email server settings.

I have entered all of my details but I keep receiving the error:

(Error: Connection could not be established with host webmail.xx.co.uk :stream_socket_client(): Unable to connect to webmail.xx.co.uk:25 (Connection timed out))

I have cycled through all of the ports and encryption types with no luck. I have checked the server firewall and port 25 is open.
I have entered all of the details here: SMTP Test Tool and the emails are working.

Plesk firewall isn't active (modsecurity) isn't even active.

Any advice?

So i installed another service, crater app on it's own domain. I am receiving the same error.
