Hi,
i've a big problem with SMTP on a win2003 box psa 7.0.2

Outgoing Emails don't leave the box and are stored in queue folder.

Note that from plesk console the firewall is disabled (i think never been actived ...).

From this box i try

telnet localhost 25 and I get a connection refused error.

I cannot connect to any other servers on port 25 while, from other boxes, i can contact this server's port 25 !!

I'm using an external DNS for this box.

Any idea??
 
are you trying to connect to the port by IP or by domain?

Both

BTW fixed now!
I turned on than off again the plesk firewall ...
I don't know but now it works ...
