So slow

Hello,

I am new on linux but have been working with plesk in windows, and I am doing test in linux and do not understand why is so horrible to load a page, I have looked in the apache config and it seems to be fine, but when loading a web page it sometimes do not load, or it last a lot of time to do it, and so on. The server is with default configuration with ubuntu server 14.04 and plesk 12.5. Can anyone explain me what could be happening?
