[SOLVED] Problem with upgrade to 12.5.30 Update 10

Webbenny

Basic Pleskian
I've tried to update my odin/plesk installation from 12.5.30 Update 7 to 12.5.30 Update 10.
Since that I can't access my 8443 odin panel.

My autoinstaller.log was lost during the reboot, but when I start the cmd line autoinstaller the last message I receive is:

Code:
# tail -f /tmp/autoinstaller3.log

So I tried the
Code:
/usr/local/psa/bin# ./extension --help
But no output. It seems that it doesn't work anymore...

Has anyone some suggestions?

Regards Benjamin

Even if I got no replies I think this could be a serious problem.
I can't access my hosting panel (https://<name>:8443). Only the SSL connection as shown in the browser is established successful.
I've no chance for diagnostics, plesk doesn't log anything!!

/var/log/plesk/panel.log - no entry
/usr/local/psa/admin/logs/httpsd_access_log - no entry
/var/log/sw-cp-server/sw-engine.log - no entry

/var/log/sw-cp-server/error_log
Code:
2015/11/13 17:48:24 [warn] 28361#0: duplicate value "TLSv1" in /etc/sw-cp-server/conf.d/ssl.conf:2

Thank your for that advice!
I tried the plesk repair -n which runs well on another plesk system.
But here I've no success.
It seems like that I can't run any plesk command..

Code:
# php -v
PHP 5.3.10-1ubuntu3.21 with Suhosin-Patch (cli) (built: Oct 28 2015 01:43:56)
Copyright (c) 1997-2012 The PHP Group
Zend Engine v2.3.0, Copyright (c) 1998-2012 Zend Technologies
with the ionCube PHP Loader v4.6.0, Copyright (c) 2002-2014, by ionCube Ltd.

How can I log/debug plesk commands? Is this an issue with different php packages?

I tried to run the utility directly with the following error:
Code:
# /usr/bin/sw-engine /usr/local/psa/bin/repair -v installation
Warning: require_once(api-cli/CliUtilityRunner.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /opt/psa/admin/plib/api-cli/repair.php on line 4
Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required 'api-cli/CliUtilityRunner.php' (include_path='.:') in /opt/psa/admin/plib/api-cli/repair.php on line 4

Strange is, that all files are from Aug 26 except the CliUtilityRunner.php Nov 11, which was the date of the failed update.
Code:

To me it looks like your using the command incorrectly:

Here is the command to run in diagnostic mode:

plesk repair installation -n

Code:
# plesk repair installation -n

Bootstrapper repair finished.
If problems persist, please check installer logs ('/var/log/plesk/install/plesk_12.5.30_repair.log' and '/var/log/plesk/install/plesk_12.5.30_repair_problems.log') for errors.
If you can't resolve the issue on your own, please address Parallels support.

Hello bsass,

thank you for your hint, but /usr/local/psa/bin/repair -v installation is working proper on another plesk system. It seems that I can't run any plesk command (expect the bash parts, like /usr/local/psa/bin/pleskbackup --help).

Today I tried to migrate my data to another plesk instance. It didn't work.

Curious, my install.log has no errors.. (see the file attached)
