When installation prompts: Not installed all of the packages

There are such a prompt:
pkgmgr /iu:IIS-CommonHttpFeatures;IIS-HttpRedirect failed with error 14(0x0000000e). Output:
Error: The installation of the package 'IIS-HttpRedirect' failed with code 14. (install: Enabling IIS HTTP Redirection...)
