Some errors occured during sitebuilder backup.

The backup Feb 26, 2016 08:48 AM was created and can be restored, although some minor issues occurred.

I has installed a new server (strato) with Plesk 12.5

When i make a backup then there are a error message "The backup Feb 26, 2016 08:48 AM was created and can be restored, although some minor issues occurred."

The log file has this message: "Some errors occured during sitebuilder backup. Please see psadump.log file for Return code of sitebuilder bru utility: 1.more information"

The backups go to my backup server, but what means this message ? And how can i solve this.

I missing also the task completed e-mail.

I make a call to Strato and there answer after 4 days are: We can't help you please contact Plesk.

Maby somebody can help me.
